Primary Processes is the stumbling block of the second trimester, but at the same time one of the most useful subjects you will receive during your Bachelor of Business Administration. Primary Processes deals with the shop floor of a company. Think of a Heineken brewery, where there are millions of euros' worth of machines and sometimes hundreds of people at work. What is the smartest arrangement of machines, and workers? How do you ensure that the products rolling off the assembly line are of high quality, and there is not too much stock? How do you predict the demand of Radler beer this summer? How do you keep employees happy? All questions answered in the subject Primary Processes.
We'll be honest with you: Primary Processes is a broad subject with a lot of material that has little coherence. Think of all kinds of different "islands" of material. It is therefore difficult for many students to follow the common thread of the subject. In the Reken Maar report, we will go island hopping. In other words, we will go past these separate strands of material one by one. We use lots of examples to make the material come alive for you. The report is full of practice exercises, so that you can start working with the material immediately after it has been explained to you. If you pre-order, you will be the first to receive your summaries! The reports will be sent to you as soon as they are available. We keep to a release date, which we indicate on the product page of the Reken Maar report. If you have pre-ordered, the reports will be sent to you on the release date.
Orders ordered before 13:00 will be dispatched the same day. If you order after 13:00, we will ship your package the next day. We work with PostNL. Normally, you will receive your parcel the next working day if PostNL does its job properly.

With a subscription, you will receive all summaries in the academic year. The form depends on the type of subscription (bronze = digital only, silver = paper only, gold = both digital and paper).
We make a split in the day. Summaries before 13:00 we try to send the same day. Orders after 13:00 go out the next day. When we start packing your order, we immediately create a Track and Trace code. We do this with our partner Intrapost. You will receive an e-mail from Intrapost with your T&T [...].

An annual subscription is a one-off payment, entitling you to all summaries (digital and/or paper) throughout the academic year. After the academic year, the subscription expires automatically.
No. A subscription only applies to one academic year. The following academic year, you have to take out a new subscription for that year.
