Something went wrong with the delivery

Did something go wrong with the delivery? If so, please do the following:

1. Check carefully your T&T code where the parcel is. For that, check https://www.dhl.com/nl-nl/home/traceren.html. If the parcel shipped with us and the carrier dropped it somewhere, but you don't know exactly where? Then think carefully about where it might be first. Ask your housemates and neighbours first. Also check the nearest parcel point. 95% of the cases it did get delivered.

2. Are you sure the parcel is not at your house, the neighbours or the parcel point? Then only take contact with our customer service department.
