Your order will be sent as a letterbox parcel or by parcel post. You will receive a Track & Trace code for both options.

How exactly does a pre-order work?

If you pre-order, you will be the first to receive your summaries! The reports will be sent to you as soon as they are available. We keep to a release date, which we indicate on the product page of the Reken Maar report. If you have pre-ordered, the reports will be sent to you on the release date.

When will I receive my order?

Orders ordered before 13:00 will be dispatched the same day. If you order after 13:00, we will ship your package the next day. We work with PostNL. Normally, you will receive your parcel the next working day if PostNL does its job properly.

What exactly does a subscription entail?

With a subscription, you will receive all summaries in the academic year. The form depends on the type of subscription (bronze = digital only, silver = paper only, gold = both digital and paper).

How does payment for an annual subscription work?

An annual subscription is a one-off payment, entitling you to all summaries (digital and/or paper) throughout the academic year. After the academic year, the subscription expires automatically.

No. A subscription only applies to one academic year. The following academic year, you have to take out a new subscription for that year.
