We make a split in the day. Summaries by 13:00 we try to ship the same day. Orders after 13.00 go the next day.
When we start packing your order, we immediately make a Track and Trace code to. We do this with our partner Sendy. You will receive an e-mail from Sendy with your T&T code. Here you can track your order!
Our tip: wait until you get an email from Sendy before contacting us. Order placed before 13.00, but no mail with your T&T code? Then wait 1 working day extra, sometimes we don't get around to packing all orders before 13:00 on the same day due to busyness.
Didn't receive a T&T code 2 working days after your order? Call or mail THEN pass our customer service, please. Often, waiting a while is often enough to solve the problem.
