When you later work full-time in a company, you will undoubtedly come across legal issues at some point. In this course, you will be introduced to all kinds of legal issues involved in a business. How, legally speaking, do you set up a company? Who is responsible and liable? What do you do in the event of a legal dispute? These are just a few examples of questions that will be covered in this course. Of course, we do not expect you to be a judge, lawyer or notary after taking this course. However, you will be able to talk to these people and understand what they are all about.
Then about the exam itself. This will consist of 30 multiple-choice questions and one or more open questions. The multiple choice part will count for 80% and the open questions for 20%. During the exam, you will use the law book and the law texts that can be found on Blackboard. So bring your law book with you and print out the additional legal texts as well! The exam will be manageable if you learn well and have become handy with the law book. This is a typical learning subject for which you can normally get a good grade. Of course, we will help you with this!

With a subscription, you will receive all summaries in the academic year. The form depends on the type of subscription (bronze = digital only, silver = paper only, gold = both digital and paper).
We make a split in the day. Summaries before 13:00 we try to send the same day. Orders after 13:00 go out the next day. When we start packing your order, we immediately create a Track and Trace code. An annual subscription is a one-off payment, entitling you to all summaries (digital and/or paper) throughout the academic year. After the academic year, the subscription expires automatically.
