Corporate Finance picks up where the Finance part of the first-year subject Financial Processes left off. In Corporate Finance, we get to grips with financing a company. What do you have to think about? For example, the capital structure: how much capital in the company should come from shareholders (equity capital) come and how much do you need to borrow from, say, a bank (borrowed capital). We will discuss topics such as a company's dividend policy (is it wise to pay dividends every year, and how much?), derivatives and options. Are you hesitating to do the master's in Finance & Investments after your bachelor? Are you interested in working in a bank? Then this is the subject you should pay close attention to.

An annual subscription is a one-off payment, entitling you to all summaries (digital and/or paper) throughout the academic year. After the academic year, the subscription expires automatically.
No. A subscription only applies to one academic year. The following academic year, you have to take out a new subscription for that year.
