Corporate Finance builds on the knowledge about Financial Processes of the Finance course of the first year. In Corporate Finance we look at the financing of a business. What do you have to think about? For example,the capital structure: how much capital in the company should com efrom shareholders (equity) and how much should be borrowed from, for example, a bank (loan capital). We're going to talk about topics like a company's dividend policy ( is it wise to pay out a dividend every year and how much?), derivatives and options. An annual subscription is a one-off payment, entitling you to all summaries (digital and/or paper) throughout the academic year. After the academic year, the subscription expires automatically.
No. A subscription only applies to one academic year. The following academic year, you have to take out a new subscription for that year.
