If you pre-order, you will be the first to receive your summaries! The reports will be sent to you as soon as they are available. We keep to a release date, which we indicate on the product page of the Reken Maar report. If you have pre-ordered, the reports will be sent to you on the release date.
Orders ordered before 13:00 will be dispatched the same day. If you order after 13:00, we will ship your package the next day. We work with PostNL. Normally, you will receive your parcel the next working day if PostNL does its job properly.

With a subscription, you will receive all summaries in the academic year. The form depends on the type of subscription (bronze = digital only, silver = paper only, gold = both digital and paper).
We make a split in the day. Summaries before 13:00 we try to send the same day. Orders after 13:00 go out the next day. When we start packing your order, we immediately create a Track and Trace code.
